Be sure to use the same email that you used to purchase your tool. After you've created your account and logged in, you can go to this page to access the tool.

NOTE: the Color Palette Pro subscription is only available to customers who purchased between Oct 1 - Oct 30, 2023. It is no longer available.

"How do I log in?"

"How do I adjust my membership or cancel?"

"What happens when I cancel my subscription?"

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do that by logging in here.

NOTE: cancelling your subscription will terminate your access to the app. For this reason, I recommend cancelling your subscription 1 day before it's set to renew.

"I'm trying to log in but it says that I don't have an account."

This just means that you haven't created an account yet.
