If you JUST purchased your subscription...

Welcome to Color Palette Pro! The first thing you need to do is create an account.

Be sure to use the same email that you used to purchase your subscription. After you've created your account and logged in, you can go to this page to access the tool.

"How do I log in?"

"How do I adjust my membership or cancel?"

Easy peasy! You can log in to your membership portal here. Inside your portal, you can update payment info, cancel your subscription, and view upcoming charges.

Note: this system is different than the login you'll use to access the app.

"What happens when I cancel my subscription?"

If you need to cancel your subscription, you can do that by logging in here.

NOTE: cancelling your subscription will terminate your access to the app. For this reason, I recommend cancelling your subscription 1 day before it's set to renew.

"I'm trying to log in but it says that I don't have an account."

This just means that you haven't created an account yet.
