I made you a FREE tool to help you save your color palettes really easily. 🎨
 
It’s called the Color Buddy- and it’s a free Google Chrome extension (with a 5-star review average and over 6,000 downloads!).
 
I created this tool because, honestly, I was SICK of opening my fancy design softwares every time I needed to find a hex code. Those design programs are big, heavy-duty softwares. They’re built for designing logos or creating custom graphics. They’re not really meant for storing hex codes for easy access.
 
I counted out how many times I had to click my mouse to get a brand color. The answer? 7 DANG CLICKS. Just to find ONE hex code.
 
Cue the most-used (probably) Shark Tank line: there’s gotta be a better way!
 
So, I asked our resident tech guy, Chris, to create a solution.
 
That’s why we created the Color Buddy- a free Google Chrome extension that…
  • holds all your brand colors
  • lets you toggle between HEX, RGB, and CYMK codes
  • makes all of your colors just 2 clicks away (one to open the extension, another to copy the color)
  • holds all of your favorite color combos
  • integrates with Color Palette PRO
  • lets you create multiple brand profiles

If you’re a brand- this is a great way to store your brand color palette right to your browser.
 
If you’re a designer or agency- OMG you will love this. You can create individual profiles for each of your client’s color palettes so they’re easy to access in seconds. You can also export the ‘StudioCode’ from Color Palette PRO & send it to your clients so they can auto-add all their brand colors (and your approved pairings) to the Color Buddy. In my experience, this helps prevent clients from ~freestyling~ with their brand colors.

I'm Obsessed!

I've been a fan of their tools from the beginning, but I've got to say the new Color Palette Pro is the best yet! As a web designer this is the first place I go to take my clients' inspiration and create a palette that's uniquely them, but also meets contrast guidelines. It's so much fun to use I could spend hours just creating amazing palettes. There's so much here, I could go on and on, do yourself a favor and grab this tool!

I LOVE Color Palette Pro!
